Q: How do you handle my payment?

A: All payment transactions are handled through Paypal.

 

Q: How do you handle my order?

A: The entire order process (including payment transaction) is handled via Paypal using the SendOwl e-commerce platform. Once I receive your paid order I will contact you by email with exact instructions, delivery date and we’ll get your project rolling quickly.

 

Q: What’s the best way to order?

A: First study the packages, modules and information. Select the package or modules that best suit your situation (add-ons can always be added later). Book your package or separate modules online. Your booking is made through Paypal (Paypal account or credit card). You’ll receive an automatic confirmation by email. Your LinkedIn project now has the green light: I’ll be in touch with exact instructions, initial feedback and a timeframe for delivery. Q: How long does delivery take?

A: With regular email communication your texts and profiles are normally ready within 5 business days. During holiday periods or especially busy times 1-3 additional business days may be needed. You will receive a confirmation of your delivery timeframe.

 

Q: What components are included in my order?

A: Each package or module description contains a combination of items you’ll receive upon delivery. Please see the package & module pages for a list of services you will receive (see Overview of Components for a description). Once your order confirmation has been received, I’ll be in touch by email with detailed instructions, initial feedback of your situation and confirmation of the delivery timeframe.

Q: What is the file format used to deliver my content?

A: Your new content will be delivered by email as a Microsoft Word file. Image files will be delivered as .JPG or .PNG.

 

Q: What special services do you offer?

A: In additional to creating & improving LinkedIn profiles for clients at all levels and across all areas of industry, CareerLove also specializes in LinkedIn profiles for Authors & Writers and Freelancers & Entrepreneurs. Another add-on service is Direct Upload of your LinkedIn content and media (Link to page)

 

Q: Do you create media images for LinkedIn?

A: Yes. In additional to creating texts and text modules, CareerLove creates customized media images (mockups of products & services, text-over-images, quotations-over-images, background covers) for you to upload to your LinkedIn profile.

Q: Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

A: Yes. If you change your mind prior to the start of working on your project, please email support@careerlove.info and your order will be cancelled immediately through SendOwl. Your Paypal account should be credited automatically.
